Personalized/Custom Items 

Personalized/Custom items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, modified, returned or refunded after order has been placed. Personalization is subject to approval.

Refunds / Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, or you would like to exchange your item; please use the Return/Exchange portal to send a return/exchange request within 30 days of receipt.

Be sure to submit your return/exchange request before sending the item(s) back, and do not forget to get a tracking number, so you can track when we receive it. Please note we do not provide return shipping labels. Returns are also accepted at any of our in-store locations as well.

 

Returns must be in original condition, and unworn/unused. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

It can take up to 10-14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take from 2 to 7 business days to reflect on your account statement. 

If the product is found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. 

Clearance items are final sale.

 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service through MiamiHEATStore@heat.COM as soon as possible. Please note, once your tracking number has been created, we are unable to cancel your order. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item(s) back from you and process them at our warehouse.

Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

Promotional Items

Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) that was included with the original transaction (e.g., buy a Jersey, receive a free $10 gift card or buy a Jersey, receive a free 8x10 player photo) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN").
