If you are not satisfied with your order, please use the attached return-label provided to send the item(s) back to the Miami HEAT Store within 30 days of receipt. In the package, please include a note stating your desired action as well as the original copy of the receipt. The tracking number can be found printed on the shipping label for your reference. If you were sent a damaged or defective item or if we sent you an incorrect item, we can either replace it or issue a refund for any applicable shipping.
Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason except product defect.
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product you purchased through the Miami HEAT Store for another product, please send the item back with a note of the desired action using the return label attached. If you desire to exchange an item for a more expensive one please include that in your note, as well as the credit card number and the expiration date that you would like the remainder of the bill to be charged to. A new receipt is provided for all exchanges. Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) that was included with the original transaction (e.g., buy a Jersey, receive a free $10 gift card or buy a Jersey, receive a free 8x10 player photo) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
