Once a custom order has been processed. We do not issue refunds, nor will you be able to modify your order.
If you wish to modify a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. That way, we can change the customization before the order gets processed.
Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason except product defect.

Refunds / Exchanges
Due to increase volume and the impact of COVID-19, return/exchange processing is delayed. For employee safety, we hold items for 24 hours before processing any return, and refunds should be expected 7-10 days after the return process is complete.
If you are not satisfied with your order, or you would like to exchange your item; please use the Return/Exchange
form provided to send the item(s) back to the Miami HEAT Store within 60 days
Be sure to fill it out before sending the item(s) back, and do not forget to get a tracking number, so you can track when we receive it.
Returns must be in original condition, and unworn/unused. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
If you receive a damaged item we will issue a pre-paid shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us, and may use the carrier of his/her choice.
It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take from 2 to 7 business days to reflect on your account statement.
If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Reminder: When exchanging an item for a more expensive one, please include that information in the form, as well as the credit card number and expiration date that you would like the remainder of the bill to be charged to. A new receipt is provided for all exchanges.

as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item(s) back from you and process them at our warehouse.
Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) that was included with the original transaction (e.g., buy a Jersey, receive a free $10 gift card or buy a Jersey, receive a free 8x10 player photo) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN").
