We ship most packages using FedEx. When the order is shipped the customer will receive a tracking number via email so they can track their packages. If you receive the tracking number "USPS", your package is being shipped via USPS and there is no tracking number provided. |

All deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to an additional $15 charge.
Deliveries to Canada will be charged a flat rate of $35 USD.
Deliveries to Europe, Asia, and any other location will be charged a flat rate of $60 USD.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and Taxes are not included in the international shipping rates. They are expected to be paid by the customer on arrival of their package.
International Orders
Some international orders may be subject to an additional charge depending on the weight and height of the package. You will receive an email if your order falls under this category.
Orders shipping to a PO Box / APO address as well as shipments to Puerto Rico will go out using USPS. USPS typically takes 4 to 8 days to arrive within the US. In some instances, USPS shipments will take as long as 12 days to arrive. Shipments using USPS to overseas countries (i.e. Brazil and APO addresses) may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Once we ship a package via USPS there is no way of tracking the items. If you prefer a tracking number with your merchandise please provide a physical address.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Please Note:
All packages will require delivery signature confirmation upon arrival.
If a wrong address is provided to us and we have already shipped your package there will be a $10 delivery charge for change of address. |
