How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to increased order volume, all orders will take approximately 5 - 10 business days for delivery. Expedited shiping is available upon request. If you would like expedited shipping please contact us by phone at 786-777-GEAR or 1-877-HEAT-2-GO .

Orders will be pending (Order Confirmed) until shipped. You have 10 Days from date of shipment to file a claim for lost or undelivered packages. If, for some reason, your package was sent back to us you will be charged $10 processing fee.

Will the new website affect my order in any way?
Absolutely NOT. On the contrary, our new website is designed to increase the time your order gets received, processed, and shipped in a timelier manner.

If I placed an order before the new website went live will it affect my order?
Absolutely NOT. This is seamless transition from our old website to the new one and your order will still continue to proceed on schedule.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. If you see a hold on your credit card prior to that, it is simply an authorization placed by the issuing bank. If you have any further questions regarding this concern please contact us at TheMiamiHEATStore@heat.com.

Where do I apply my promotion and discount codes?
TheMiamiHEATStore.com occasionally offers online discounts. Only one (1) discount code per order will be honored, and we reserve the right to reject any code at our discretion.

Promotion or Discount Code can be entered in the "Shopping Cart" section of the checkout process. This code usually is for a percentage (%) off your total purchase or for a particular item. This code can also include Buy One, Get One 1/2 off, free shipping and other similar sales.

Why was my order cancelled?
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

 

• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing your payment information.
• Product information is invalid
• Cannot ship to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.
• Cancelled due to a customer request.


If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail detailing the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
